Felipe L. Gozon is the chairman of the five-man board of GMA Holdings Inc. (GMAP), according to the website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). Gilberto R. Duavit Jr., who is the vice chairman of the board, is also the company’s president and chief executive officer (CEO).
In its 2020 general information sheet (GIS), GMAP listed GMA Network Inc. (GMA7) as an affiliate; it has seven stockholders, who are all Filipinos. As stated in the GIS, its common shares have par value of P10.
As of 2020, GMAP stockholders were Gozon, Duavit, Jimenez as holders of 3,330 common shares each. Artemio V. Panganiban and Manuel P. Quiogue have four common shares each while Felipe S. Yalong and Jaime V. Laya a nominal common share each.
Under “total annual compensation of directors during the preceding fiscal year,” GMAP said “none” but had four officers, namely, Duavit, president and CEO; Felipe S. Yalong, corporate treasurer/chief finance officer/chief finance officer/chief operating officer; Ronaldo P, Mastrill, principal accounting officer; and Ana Teresa M. Gozon, corporate secretary.
